Who we are

We at www.naturenuskha.com (the “Site”) value your privacy. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) applies to information collected on the Site through any means of accessing it, be it a computer or a mobile phone.

We take the privacy, security and confidentiality of your information, including any personally identifiable information (“PII” or “Personal Data”) extremely seriously. We use commercially practicable precautions to safeguard your data and intend to provide you with complete and clear information regarding the collection, treatment and processing of your data collected on the Site.

Please note that by accessing the Site or allowing someone else to do so, on your behalf, you consent to our collection and use of your information in accordance with this Policy.

What data we collect and why

1. Purchase-related data

When you make an online purchase on this Site, we may collect and use your Personal Data to provide the products and services that you have ordered or requested, to process and ship orders, to send order and shipping confirmations (or other transactional information) and/or to provide customer service and/or future promotional offers and information that might be of interest to you.

When visitors leave comments on the Site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service, a service for creating an avatar image which will appear besides your name if and when your comment is posted to the Site, to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your avatar is visible to the public in the context of your comment, if at all you are using the Gravatar service.

3. Media

If you upload images to the Site, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website. We assume no liability in case of extraction and further use of such embedded data.

4. Cookies

A “cookie” is a small data file that is sent to your web browser and placed on your device when you access a website. Cookies allow parties (including us, our service providers and others) to track your activities on the Site; track clicks, purchases and conversion; recognize your computer or device so that you are able to save your preferences and stay logged in to the Site without having to re-enter your account credentials; deliver customized content, messages and advertising to you; preserve the contents of your shopping cart; and otherwise enhance and personalize your experience on the Site. If you do not want information collected through the use of cookies, most devices allow you to decline the use of cookies. We recommend that you leave cookies turned on because if you elect not to allow them, you may not be able to use or to enjoy all of the services and features of the Site.

If you leave a comment on the Site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

5. Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third- party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment on the Site, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

If you choose to make a purchase on the Site, we may provide certain information such as your credit card number, billing address and other information related to such purchase, to unaffiliated third parties as necessary to complete your purchase (for example, to process your credit card or ship the products).

2. Spam Detection

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. Hence, the data shown in the comments form, the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string may be shared with said service.

3. Subsidiaries and Affiliates

If this occurs, Personal Data may be part of the transferred assets. You acknowledge and agree that any successor or acquirer of either our Company or our eCommerce service provider will continue to have the right to use your Personal Data and other information in accordance with this Policy.

6. Legal Requirements

We may disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law (including, without limitation responding to a subpoena or request from law enforcement, court or government agency) or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary (i) to comply with a legal obligation, (ii) to protect or defend our rights, interests or property or that of other customers or users, (iii) to act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the Site or the public or (iv) to protect against legal liability or potential fraud, as determined in our sole discretion.

7. Other uses

If we intend to use any Personal Data in any manner that is not authorized herein, we will inform you of such anticipated use prior to or at the time at which the Personal Data is collected and obtain your consent prior to such use.

Non-Personal Data pertains to any data apart from your Personal Data that does not and cannot be used to personally identify you. This includes, but is not limited to, cookies and other such session identifiers. We may use such information for any lawful purpose, including sharing Non-Personal Data with our marketing partners, advertisers and others from time to time.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this Site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Further, you can disable cookies and/or decide not to register an account with us. Please be aware that if you take these actions, you may not be able to use certain functionalities of the Site. For instance, you must provide payment and shipping information for each transaction in order to purchase goods and services on the Site, in the absence of which, order fulfilment may not be possible.
