Starting his entrepreneurial journey back in 1971, this Harvard School of Business graduate has built many enterprises and social organisations that he has founded or been deeply associated with.Mr. Arvind Machhar is a Government-nominated member of the Maharashtra Pollution Board, Director of the erstwhile Bank of Hyderabad (now the State Bank of India), and also the Promoter of Sanskar TV.With years of leadership experience up his sleeve, he leads the team at Nature Nuskha towards creating a better and healthier future for personal care products.

How My Nephew’s tears became my purpose
My nephew once asked me a question that changed everything.

Behind that innocent fear was a deep truth—hair fall doesn’t just affect hair, it breaks a person’s confidence.
That conversation stayed with me. I couldn’t stop thinking—
if one young boy could lose faith in himself because of hair fall,
how many boys and girls must be silently suffering the same
pain?
In a world where hair is closely linked with appearance, age, identity, confidence, and self-respect,
why were so many people feeling helpless?
Could there be a sustainable answer to a problem affecting
millions?
That question led me to search for real solutions.
I began studying literature, speaking with friends involved in
scientific and Ayurvedic research, and understanding hair fall beyond cosmetic explanations.
I realized that Ayurveda and nature offer the most sustainable
path—one that works on the root causes rather than temporary fixes.
And that is how Nature Nuskha was born.
