How to Claim Your Refund


1. Contact our support team at [care@naturenuskha.com]
2. Provide your Order Number, Product Name, and a brief reason for your dissatisfaction.
3. Attach clear photos of the product showing the remaining quantity.
4. Once your claim is accepted, courier the remaining product along with its original packaging to:

5. After we receive the product, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 4 business days.

Cancellation of an order

In case, you wish to cancel your order, please get in touch with the customer care either through mail at care@naturenuskha.com within 24 hours of the placement of your order. You can also cancel your order before it is shipped by logging in to “Your Account” section.

In case of cancellation of prepaid orders, refund of any amount paid, will be processed to the source of payment, within 7-10 business days as per our Exchange / Return policies.

Exchange / Return policy

Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, but since the products cannot be used by other customers, upon return due to hygiene factors, we don’t accept return of the products once order is delivered.

Exchange  of products will be accepted within 15 days from delivery, only if the products are returned in sealed condition with the tags /labels intact and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition and subject to following terms:

  • Exchange / replacement for goods/ merchandise are subject to inspection and checking by nature nuskha.
  • Any damages to the product due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered; under our Exchange / Returns Policy.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
  • Once your exchange/replacement  request has been accepted, the exchange / refund process will be completed within 15 business days, subject to picking & product inspection. Quest Retail Private Limited reserves the right to refuse exchange, should it be found that the product has been used.
  • Further for of the products, Quest Retail Private Limited will issue Credits Notes. These Credit Notes can be utilized on a future purchase on the website.
  • Special conditions for promotional offers may override this Exchange/ Returns Policy. The same would be clearly displayed along with such promotional offer.
  • The final price of exchanged products should be equal to or more than the price of such exchanged items.
